In 1993 the legendary Mark II lineup got together for the 3rd time to record "The Battle Rages On" and a following world tour.
They only made the 37 concerts of the European leg of the tour before the internal tensions made Blackmore leave the band for good.
Here are 2 complete concerts from the tour - one of them the last time Blackmore played with the band.
It's a strange fact that this tour showed a Deep Purple arguably playing better and more exciting than ever.
