When will iMusic charge my account?
NO money is charged your account before your items are dispatched.
If you are ordering f.x. 3 titles, and one of them takes 14 days to deliver, the payment remains on your bank account until all three titles are dispatched.

| Methods of payment
without Credit card |
Customers who don't have a credit card, or don't want to use it on the internet, can simply pay by money transfer, check or giro.
How do i pay without a credit card?

Pay in your bank:
You simply choose "bank transfer" when ordering, and then transfer the amount when your order has been submitted. whether to do it online or in your own bank is your decision.
All information (Total amount, account number) is stated on the order confirmation, which you will recieve right after you order is accepted.
Notice for bank transfer (when ordering):
A lot of our customers are ordering rarities, which takes a lot of our time to get. Therefore we have to be sure to get your payment for the item, before we buy it and send it to you. Further expedition will be continued when we recieve your payment.
That is also why we don't make CoD's (Cash on Delivery).
We need to have the payment within 10 days from the placing of your order, or we will consider your order as canceled, and delete it!

Pay with check:
You can also chose to send a check
as payment after the completion of your order.

Pay with girocard:
If you chose this method of payment, iMusic will send a giro-card to you, which can be paid at any post office or bank within 7 days. If you select this method, we will charge you an extra of 3,20 €.

When is my order registered?
You can follow the registration of your payment by logging in, clicking on "my orders" in the menu, and then clicking on the order and see if and when the payment is registered with us. This is also the date for further expedition of your order.

Institutions and companies / commercial customers
Institutions and companies can have a credit account created, after a credit-check. Simply mail us a request, and we will contact you with more information. |

| iMusic Gift Card |
 |
Gift Card:
If you have a gift card from iMusic, you can use it simply by selecting "gift card" as method of payment.
On the following payment page you enter the code from the gift card, and if the gift card covers the amount to pay for the order within 0,50 €, the order is considered as paid. (ex. A 20,45 € order can be paid with a 20 € gift card!)
If there is any amount of money left, over 0,30 €, a new gift card will be issued and sent to your e-mail automatically, the moment after you accept the order.
If the amount on the gift card is lower than the total price of your order, you will automatically be taken to the page where you can select method of payment, so the rest of the amount can be paid with or without credit card, or even with another gift card.
