Safety warranty
You have plenty of time to re-consider your purchase: If you regret your purchase within 14 days after receipt, you may return the items for a refund or exchange to other items, provided that the returned item(s) are unopended with seals unbroken and in the same condition as received. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. Please do not forget to include a copy of the invoice!
Personal information
All information is treated as discrete as possible. Information is only used in connection with shippings, and mail-service if you signed up for it. All card information is encrypted between your browser and the PBS (Payment Business Service / The Danish electronic payment service company) server. We guarantee that we will never rent, sell or in any other way share any personal information with a third party.
Delivery time
Stock items are dispatched same or next working day. Non-stock items are dispatched same or next day after we recieve them. Please see the details and delivery time for each item by clicking on the cover or title, or if already ordered: See details on your order.
Prices
All prices include 25% VAT. Our special campaign prices is only for a limited period of time, or until we are out of stock. We remain the right to make price changes at any time (shipping costs and other expenses are changed often, without our influence, and writing errors can occur)
Shipping costs
We always try to use the cheapest shipping method. Delivery costs is paid by the customer, and is showed for each order on the 1. payment page. You can read about the typical prices under Questions and Answers. Attention: Some times we have periods with free delivery. If you are collecting from our office in Aarhus, you don't have to pay shipping costs, of course.
Risks
iMusic/AVM ApS is responsible for the delivery to the customer, and shold your item(s) be damaged or stolen, we will of course re-ship. If it happens, contact us immediately, but expect to wait 14 days for the parcel to return from the post office, as the most common reason for a missing parcel is that it wasn't collected at the post office, and for the item to reach our office in case that we have to re order. If the address information is wrong (fx. part of name, street number or floor is missing) or the parcel wasn't picked up at the post office before the expiration date, and therefore has to be sent again, the shipping cost will be paid again by the customer. If the error is made by the shipping company, they will often pay the extra costs, if you show documentation (the original package).

Methods of payment
The following credit cards can be used in iMusic's webshop: Visa, Eurocard Mastercard and Visa Elektron.
When you make payment with your credit card you only need to write your card number, expiration date, and CVC. It is free to pay with credit cards, as we pay all transfer costs.
Attention: We are NOT making any CoD (cash on delivery) shippings.

Payment
The payment remains on your bank account until the item(s) dispatches from our office.
Safety
All information about your credit card are protected, which means that it is encrypted between the internet browser (customer) and the server at PBS (Payment Business Service/the Danish electronic payment services company). None of the information reaches our office, but is sent directly to PBS, and therefore we can't re-use the information to charge you, if you decide to place another order.
Reciept
Shortly after your order is accepted, you will recieve a confirmation email. Immediately after your order is placed you can see/print a reciept from the order page (look at My Orders in the menu). If you are returning an item, you have to put the reciept in the package.
E-trade law and consumer agreements
Your iMusic/AVM order is submissioned regular danish law, which amongst other things means that you have to be over 18 years old.
Cookies
In the exchange of information between you and our server, we are using cookies. A cookie contains information and it is stored on your harddrive as long as you are using any of our web services. The cookie is used to distinguish beetween you and our other customers, and it is commonly used in all webshops. The moment you leave imusic.dk, the cookie is automatically deleted.

The phones are open monday to friday 11am - 5pm
Questions / E-mail
Questions asked via e-mail will as often as possible be answered the next work day. There can be slight delays in busy periods. Urgent questions should then be asked via telephone.
