A Gentle Creature

Russian drama written and directed by Sergei Loznitsa. The film follows a woman (Vasilina Makovtseva), as she attempts to find out why the package she sent to her husband in prison was returned to her. Facing up to vigorous opposition from the authorities, she travels to the high security facility in a remote part of the country in a bid to get answers.

The cast also includes Liya Akhedzhakova, Valeriu Andriuta and Boris Kamorzin.
