S. Virgin Islands, Tennessee, and Georgia. He is also a graduate of West Indies College in Jamaica and has a master's degree from Andrews University, a specialist degree from Michigan State University, and a doctorate in education from Loma Linda University. Dr. Carrington has served as an assistant principal, principal, science supervisor, and adjunct professor of education. He is the author of A Principal's Personal Journey, published in 2010.
