His death casts a shadow on whether the old master will get to return to Earth at all. Everyone who was on board has become a suspect. Danuta, the teenage robot wiz who should be competing for the Supreme Championship of Combat Robotics, has to get 'downside' from the Lunar Gateway Space Station to compete and win. Can she 'cut a deal, ' with the station managers, and bring her robot to Luna for the championship tournament? She's getting on well with the dead man's nephew, but does she know something she's not telling?

This story is a suspenseful teen/young adult space adventure mystery. It's part of a bigger saga where the roboticist and her robot face many further challenges.
