Fighting Corruption in Eastern Europe and Central Asia the Istanbul Anti-corruption Action Plan: Progress and Challenges

Corruption is a serious concern in many parts of the world. In Eastern Europe and Central Asia, transition processes provided particularly rich ground for corruption.
