We are all rushing for something or somewhere. Most of us believe we are going towards success or happiness. Success for what? Happiness for what? Yes, we need success, changes, developments or more money or whatever people say. But when can we live by our own life? When can we enjoy? How can we reach success with a healthy body and mind? How can we stay happy in our stressful busy society? When can we love ourselves as well as people who are close to us? When can we realise how we are destroying our health as well as our environment unconsciously? We are all human; we sometimes despair or feel lost in our life's meaning or other bad feelings. It can happen anyone at any time. Anyone could be stuck in their mind or their life cycle or feel no sense from life or keep feeling like a failure. Maybe someone is looking for his or her purpose of life. But it's ok. We can manage everything. We can make the annoying things be easy and effective. We can find our own shape of happiness from our too crowded lives. This book is not a list of tips or ideas about a happy life. This is written based on three generations of lived stories and examples including my own, my parents and my grandparents; as well as on other practical book analyses. This book covers: ? Individual (finding a life meaning or your own way to live)? Health (personal health, nature health, global warming)? Relationships (family, people, environment)? Money, work and business (passive income examples, surviving in 'machine' dominating workplace, business opportunities in technology era)? Enjoyment of the life. (we are born to enjoy not to collect a rubbish or being slave of something, we born to feel life moments and have fun together with our loved ones) Everyone has their own problems, goals, beliefs and values in their life but most of us are looking for answers from someone or from our surroundings. We could learn or imitate something from others but the first step must be asking yourself questions. If you are feeling bad stress, depression, dissatisfaction, laziness, tiredness or confusion in your daily life even when you already have money and other valuable things, it might be time to stop and ask crucial questions until you find genuine answers for yourself. Disburden your mind. After asking the questions, it would be clear: Your real problems and vital needs, eliminate the not important goals and find possible solutions and right directions. Luckily, we have a wide range of external sources to improve our abilities such as books, coaches, mentors, skill development courses, community and partners. Taking action could change our life somehow and meaningful results are needed
