So often the beast we call anxiety has the power to hold words on the tip of our tongue rather than let truth unleash. All my life I have been a seemingly outspoken, brash, and unapologetic person to the world. But what so many didn't see, or hear, were all the words I never said. All the times I held back my truest emotions and thoughts. And all the times I let anxiety win. This book is a battle cry. Anxiety has won in the past, but it won't win today.
