Overcoming Defeat

In life, we will all go through something. Some things seem easy to get through and other things seem more challenging. At the end of the day, no matter how tough or easy something gets, adversity has an end. You will never go through something forever. It will eventually end. So your job is to learn and grow from the adverse situations you are in. If you don't learn from it, you will start to experience cycles and find yourself going through the same things over and over again. Adversity is also how you perceive it. Your perception on the situation you are in can determine the outcome. Whether you look at it in a positive or negative eye, can assist in the end result. This book will give you a different insight on how to get through adversity. In this book, you will read about my personal experiences on how I got through some of the toughest situations in my life, but also very intellectual insights on the best way to get through anything.
