Sammen, og hver for sig, har The Betales altid haft talent for det uventede. Og nu bringer 2023 en af de mest ventede udgivelser fra deres lange og uendeligt begivenhedsrige historie. "Now And Then" er den sidste Beatles sang - skrevet og sunget af John Lennon, udviklet og arbejdet på af Paul McCartney, George Harrison og Ringo Starr, og nu endelig færdiggjort af Paul og Ringo over fire årtier senere.

Denne sidste del af The Beatles' indspillede historie følges op med nye udgivelser af de to opsamlingsalbum, der altid ses som den definitive introduktion til deres arbejde: "The Red Album" (1962-1966) og "The Blue Album" (1967-1970). Udvidet til deres nye 2023 Edition-udgivelser, spænder samlingerne tilsammen over hele Beatles' indspillede kanon med 75 iøjnefaldende numre, fra deres første single, "Love Me Do", til deres sidste, "Now And Then". Samlingernes 21 nyligt tilføjede numre (tolv på 'Red' og ni på 'Blue') viser endnu flere af Beatles' allerbedste sange.

I de senere år har adskillige numre fra 1967-1970 og nogle få fra 1962-1966 fået nye stereo- og Dolby Atmos mixes til The Beatles' Special Edition-albumudgivelser, herunder Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (2017), The Beatles ('White Album') (2018), Abbey Road (2019), Let It Be (2021) og Revolver (2022), samt nye stereo mixes til The Beatles' 1 (2015). Alle numre, der ikke også er med på disse udgivelser, er for nylig blevet mixet i stereo og/ellers Dolby Atmos af Giles Martin og Sam Okell i Abbey Road Studios, hjulpet af WingNut Films' audio-de-mixing-teknologi. Begge samlinger indeholder nye essays skrevet ar journalist og forfatter John Harris.
